The Product:

The ElectroJet product is a scaled down version of the electronic controls you would find in your car. This small computer monitors engine operation to ensure clean emissions, increased power and optimum fuel efficiency. This technology is commonly referred to as Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), but the ElectroJet product has been specially designed for engines with three cylinders or less. This design allows for the use of a single circuit board for all applications, differentiated only by software programming and throttle body geometry.

ElectroJet has engineering design resources for complex projects, as well as contract manufacturing capabilities to meet high-volume demands. If you are a manufacturer looking for fuel injection systems to help meet new emissions regulations in your small engines, ElectroJet can help with an ease of integration that no other technology can offer.

ElectroJet Product Benefits:

25-50% the cost of competing automotive solutions
Eliminates complex wiring and reduces the number of sensors
Compatible with current (carbureted) engine designs
Improves emissions while providing marketable consumer benefits
Delivers more horsepower and provides better acceleration
Saves as much as 25% in fuel economy
  Starts easier and more reliably

Development Process:

ElectroJet must first evaluate the business case, technical requirements, and product positioning of any customer request. The ElectroJet niche falls within volume products with one, two or three cylinders. Larger engines, such as the V8 found in many automobiles are not an ideal fit for this technology.

ElectroJet starts the development process by understanding specific customer requirements and obtaining a sample vehicle. The vehicle is base-line tested and then disassembled for development and fitment of the ElectroJet product. ElectroJet engineers design a throttle body system to match the mechanical geometry of the stock carburetor, taking into account any chassis limitations. A custom fuel injection solution is designed and fabricated in-house to meet all customer specifications.

Once the prototypes are fabricated, vehicle calibration begins. Calibration is the process of mapping an engine and refining engine operation. This process can be time consuming. In general, the more time spent in calibration, the better the performance and emissions. ElectroJet has invested resources in developing a proprietary real-time calibration tool to interface to the ElectroJet product. This product (EPIC) provides real-time data acquisition as well as the ability to modify any engine variable in real-time while an engine is running. The best feature of this tool is the cost. Keeping in line with the ElectroJet philosophy, this tool is very cost effective yet extremely functional. ElectroJet can even offer training to customers whom wish to perform calibration in-house.

Once calibration is complete, ElectroJet will deliver prototypes to our customers and share performance and emissions data. The ElectroJet product usually increases engine performance while cleaning up emissions and saving fuel.

Once the customer is happy with the design and performance of the product, we will launch volume product through ElectroJet channels. ElectroJet is able to support customers on multiple continents from modest volumes to very high volume requirements.
